Noynoy joins other prominent Filipinos who made the cover of TIME Magazine. They were former Presidents Manuel L. Quezon, Manuel L. Roxas, Ramon Magsaysay, Ferdinand Marcos and President Corazon C. Aquino (who was featured four times, once as Woman of the Year in 1986) and Manny Pacquiao. For those you still do not have Manny Pacquiao TIME magazine.
